American LegalNet provides mid-size and large law firms with a suite of law management software to support web based docketing and calendaring, court forms, court rules and electronic court filing.

General Manager with Profit and Loss responsibility for four software business units with combined revenues of over $35M. Drove revenue to far exceed targets in multiple lines of business. Helped drive sales through promotions and incentives focused on profitable areas of growth. In addition, assisted overall Elite operations in a number of areas outside or direct product lines.
•	Turned around a business unit operating at a $2M loss and grew it by over 20% while at the same time reducing staff to make it profitable contributing over $4M in operating income.
•	Grew an acquired business that had been failing to meet expectations by over 70% within one year of taking over leadership.
•	Responsible for managing a global team in North America, APAC and EMEA.
•	Direct management responsibility for nearly 100 people with indirect responsibility for over 200.
•	Led process improvement initiative to streamline configure, price, and quote (CPQ) process for all of sales delivering a direct reduction of time to quote by more than 50%.

Vice President, Operations

Managed general operations across a number of functional areas including product management, development, services, support, HR, and finance. Helped to identify acquisition targets, worked on due diligence and incorporate them into normal operations after acquisition. All of these acquisitions exceeded financial expectations set in board papers.
•	Developed strategic business plans.
•	Far exceeded target revenues for each identified business.
•	Integrated operations of acquired businesses into Thomson Reuters Elite core business.

Executive with strategic planning and product development, responsible for financial and practice management products for Elite business unit including the Enterprise, WebView, and 3E platforms with a combined revenue of $100M.
•	Defined roles and responsibilities of product managers
•	Developed business cases for new products and partnerships

•	Provided training for product managers and instituted standard practices
•	Brought consistency to product management processes across all product lines
•	Developed product launch process in coordination with finance, client services, sales, and support
