As a two-time Inc. 5000 CEO and entrepreneur, I refuse to think in the limiting terms that have been so pervasive in the corporate world. My newest consultancy, Dose of Dom, blends my 15+ years of corporate expertise, conscious leadership training and performance mentorship bringing clients a one-of-a-kind transformational experience aimed to innovate company culture and capitalize on human potential. With a deep focus on regenerative business, conscious capitalism and informed integration, my 1:1 coaching and group workshops are designed to provide team members with the necessary tools to not only be most effective they’ve ever been in their roles, but also thrive in their personal and professional lives. I founded my first company, DotConnect, a conscious connection agency, in 2011. In 2019, I built a team and in 2022 and 2023, DotConnect was included on the Inc5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country. With a passion and drive to be a catalyst in the future of healing and wellbeing, I also co-founded DoseConnect, a first-of-its-kind talent company solely focused on psychedelic therapeutics, in 2022. I harness my talent knowledge, business acumen and expertise to continue to inform how I show up as a leader, mentor, advisor and coach. An author, speaker and advocate, I am most fulfilled when I can make an impact by sharing lessons learned from my journey of surviving a workaholic culture to thriving—shattering the belief that high performance has to cost inner peace. My first book, "Now Here: A Journey from Toxic Boss to Conscious Connector" was released in March 2023. In the book, I am candid about my journey, my life-changing psychedelic experiences and my transformation as a founder, wife, mother and friend. Today, I can be found on stages and podcasts speaking about my journey while inspiring others to start theirs. At home, I cherish creating memories with those I love and am eager to offer a resounding “yes” to new experiences.
