When I say I've recruited for pretty much all roles out there I'm not far off! I specialise in Fintech, Start-Up, Financial Services and Banking. I'm able to bring a fresh pair of eyes and innovative ideas to any industry! Throughout my career I've probably viewed over 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 CVs (I don't count them but by my thought process it's around that number) I've also dedicated thousands of hours to screening and interviewing talent from entry-level to C-suite to ensure I support a business in identifying exceptional talent! Alongside recruiting, through CVUpgrade I've collaborated with over 𝟱𝟬𝟬 satisfied clients in providing CV writing services, LinkedIn profile writing, interview support and job search/career coaching. I dabble in writing a bit of Careers/Recruitment content creation on LinkedIn, I amassed over 3𝗺 views on my content in 2021, and 6.5m views in 2022! (𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘢 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘤𝘬 𝘪𝘵 𝘶𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘕𝘢𝘯. 𝘚𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦!) I've appeared on the BBC news and website a few times too providing career and interview advice, must have done something right as they invited me back a second time! I've not won any glorified "CV Writer/Career Coach of the Year Awards", because I'm not nominating myself nor am I paying to be shortlisted!
