Dom is a vibrant, outgoing coach, who finds ways to subtly challenge leaders to get the best out of them. He has a passion for helping organisations build the right thing, in the right way using a customer centric approach which guarantees meeting the needs of their customer. Throughout his squiggly career from accountant, small business advisor, project manager and management consultant he has found his forte in Agile coaching over the last 5 years. His transition into the world of agile continues to be a learning curve which he thrives in being able to learn, be curious and experiment. What has helped him across 40+ agile teams to date, is his understanding how multiple functions work within organisations. His ability to understand the language and the pain points from a developer perspective to a financial advisor, all the way through to the HR business partner ,has been noted and gained interest from senior leaders/executives in them asking for his advice and support. He has always coached and mentored people throughout his career which gives him an abundance of energy transferred to others who go on and make meaningful impactful change. This encompasses, the key question at the forefront of his mind, is where he can add value. He won’t rest until value is defined and demonstrated while working with you. Career wise, Dom describes it as squiggly and enriching. He started working as a debt collector with RBS as a school leaver which opened his mind to exploring opportunities that education can unlock. After going back to college, he gained a 2:1 at Loughborough which launched his consulting career at PwC in the Channel Islands, qualifying as an accountant whilst working on financial service clients. Moving as a small business advisor for 400 business in coaching, project managing at HS2 and being a management consultant as a scrum master and agile coach at Moorhouse Consulting.
