To put it simply: I am a fixer. I love identifying problems, evaluating data, and grappling with issues that do not have clear solutions. I bring a deeply curious, analytical, and collaborative mindset to my work, recognizing that “success” depends on one’s perspective and that we achieve better outcomes when we work together. Eight years of project management, strategic thinking, and teambuilding experience have taught me that we can’t always solve complex problems on the first attempt. Still, structured approaches, critical thinking, and cross-collaboration can take us far. Currently, “fixer” looks more like “learner.” I’m enhancing my business acumen, becoming a more effective problem solver, and learning from professionals in the Twin Cities through the Carlson School of Management’s MBA program.
