As a Business Designer and Product Strategist, I bring a unique blend of expertise and creativity to help companies take their products and services to the next level. Whether it's discovering the right value proposition for new products and services or revitalizing current ones, I work tirelessly to ensure that companies have the right product strategy in place to drive sustainable growth by implementing continuous discovery habits.

But my commitment to excellence doesn't stop there. I'm also a key player in the strategic management of Stride XL, where I am part of a tight-knit team that is responsible for guiding the company's development, co-overseeing people management and their capacity on projects, business development and ensuring the company's financial performance is on track.

As a Product Owner, I played a important role in shaping the future of several innovative products within the Red Button ecosystem. 

As a Product Owner tandem, I played a key role in the growth and development of a service called Company Roadshow aimed at educating professionals through cross-company knowledge sharing and building a local community of innovation experts.

I took ownership of the business model, P&L, and service development, while also overseeing the development of a digital platform to support the service's organization. Through my efforts, I contributed to the nearly tripling of revenue.

Communication with internal stakeholders and facilitation of workshops is an important part of the job. Same as mentoring my fellow designers and caring about our design culture.

I'm experienced in product design, from conceptual side to interaction models, and in product management in agile environment. I love to be in contact with our users so I don't avoid helping with user research either.

Product Designer

AVG Technologies

Help to define the user model and user interface for new AVG products and features. Develop storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. 

Communicate project work to internal stakeholders. Work with visual designers to design a compelling, highly usable user experience.

User Experience Designer

Prototyping and verifying new concepts, experience with Javascript frameworks AngularJS and IMA.js, development of hybrid applications with Cordova.

Paper prototyping or prototyping with POP App, Marvel App or Flinto. Experience with professional design tools Sketch by Bohemian Coding.

Senior UI Developer

Front-end development, using custom framework for Single Page Application, experience with Responsive design, HTML5 Geolocation API and custom analytics system.

Projects: Redesign of Firmy.cz, responsibility for web for common visitors.

UI Developer

Maintenance and development of administration system, using primarily HTML, CSS and Javascript, experience with uploading photos and their instant previews.

Maintenance of existing sites, using primarily HTML, CSS and Javascript, experience with version control system GIT and Adobe Photoshop.

Cargocore.com – Freight exchange for freight carriers, experience with jQuery, DataTables, implementation of payment system Skrill (Moneybookers). 

Photodienst.cz – Children’s school photography, eshop and CMS system, development of interface for mass uploading and approving photos, implementing API for foreign partners. 

Freshslevy.cz – combination of discount and eshop portal, experience with jQuery UI, server processing, implementing payment system PayU.

Web Developer

A geek, explorer, and product guy in one person. With a heavy focus on human-centric, customer-facing products and services using lean and design methods, with an experimental and entrepreneurship approach. Love to move in uncertainty. Strong at pattern recognition. 

12 years of experience with building digital web2 products.
