My mission has always been to translate the science of learning and human behavior in general to the practices, methods, and technologies in the space of learning, talent development, leadership, and org culture to bring out the best in people and organizations. For the past 10 years, I've also taught and consulted on various L&D and human capital topics, especially on the neuroscience of learning and neuroscience of leadership, evidence-based learning experience design, and science-based AI-powered learning technology.
