As a Product Manager, I provide both product and business power solutions to customers' carrier and enterprise networks, in order to promote digital transformation and sustain profitable growth of the company. I have over two years of experience in this role, and I am a certified scrum master (CSM®) with years of extensive skills in computer networking, teaching and navigating various programming platforms. My main areas of expertise include observing industry trends and gaining insights of Latin American territories, building customer relations, and promoting and implementing green energy solutions in achieving carbon neutrality.
