With 30 years of experience as an executive leading commercial teams in global Lifesciences organizations; now the founder and CEO of my boutique consultancy group; I focus on giving back and helping organizations with go-to-market strategies and commercial transformations. I am also a certified executive coach to help leaders and executive teams development and transition. Before starting my consultancy firm, I served as a commercial executive within Lifesciences companies such as Novartis, Pfizer, Zoetis (Pfizer Animal Health spin-off) and UCB, leading Global Go-to-Market transformations, KAM Journeys, Commercial Excellence and learning and development as chief commercial operations. I also led Global Marketing & and innovation for big Pharma and biotech groups. I bring together the marriage of science, business and customer-centric approach as my core focus with leaders and teams. I managed teams in more than 36 countries, which provided global/varied market experience and diversified cultural knowledge of Global cultures & and business ways. I have been on many global councils for strategic account management/patient & and customer centricity, as well as diversity. An independent board director, I sit on the board of NFL Biosciences and have been on the board of SAMA (Strategic Account Management Association) since 2011. I contribute to groups like WIB, Women in Bio and HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association) steering committee for international strategy. An international keynote speaker in the areas of Commercial excellence, customer-centricity and go-to-market strategies. I write and am published in journals like the Journal of Sales Transformation, Velocity, and others on these topics.
