With over five years of experience in sales and finance management, I am a driven and passionate entrepreneur who is dedicated to enhancing recruitment and retention for pest control and sales marketing companies. As the founder of DASHP, I leverage my expertise in customer relationship management, relationship building, and team building to create innovative solutions that empower pest control companies with experience management, accessible sales training, data organization, and insightful analytics. DASHP was born from my own summer sales experience, where I witnessed the challenges and opportunities in the pest control industry. I saw the need for a comprehensive suite of tools that could address the recruitment and retention issues, while also enhancing the customer acquisition and sales skills of the pest control agents. Since launching DASHP in August 2023, I have successfully partnered with several pest control companies across the country, helping them achieve higher retention rates, lower turnover costs, and increased sales performance.
