EIGHT YEARS AGO, I STARTED MY KINDNESS PROJECT....


I was sitting here on LinkedIn, watching the noise. The toxicity. The endless self-promotion. 


Everyone shouting, nobody listening.


I thought... there has to be a better way.


I'd been an entrepreneur for 2 years at that point, doing what everyone said I should do:  promoting my security services, pushing my consulting. 


But something felt OFF.


Then it hit me: What if I stopped trying to TAKE from this platform and started trying to GIVE?


What if, instead of another sales pitch, I just... made someone smile today? 😊😊😊😁


What if I showed up with genuine energy and care?


What if I celebrated someone else's win like it was my own?


That's when THE KINDNESS PROJECT was born. 💙


I started leaving high-energy comments. Real authentic heartfelt ones. 


 I mean REAL support. 


I relentlessly showed up for people. I cheered them on. I meant every single word.


And honestly? I had no idea what would happen.


But here's what DID happen:


✨ I've formed friendships that will last my entire lifetime


✨ I've connected with incredible humans across every continent


✨ I've transformed not just how I do business, but how I LIVE


✨ I've built something that feeds my soul every single day


This wasn't a strategy. This wasn't a "growth hack."


 This was me deciding that KINDNESS could be my competitive advantage.


Today, as I celebrate 10 YEARS as an entrepreneur, I can tell you with absolute certainty: Leading with kindness wasn't just the right choice 


 it was the ONLY choice.


The ROI of genuine human connection?


 Immeasurable.


The value of real friendships? Priceless.


The feeling of knowing you made someone's day better? Knowing you made someone smile? 


That's the stuff that actually matters.


So here's my challenge to you: What if you stopped trying to be the loudest voice in the room and became the KINDEST one instead?

Growing up, my mom struggled with mental illness, and from a very early age, I learned deeply human skills like empathy, kindness, and compassion in ways most kids don't. 


That experience fundamentally shaped the type of human I became and how I show up as a leader today.


From a young age, I stepped into a leadership role in my family, helping my mom and supporting my dad through really difficult times. 


 I wouldn't wish mental illness on anyone. 


But I'm also grateful for what it taught me, because it made me who I am today and I really like who I became and who I'm becoming 💖💖💖


Those early lessons in presence, in holding space for someone who's struggling, in leading with heart even when things are hard? 


That's the foundation of everything I do now.


That's the foundation of my Kindness Project 💚💚

It's easy to be cynical, where negativity gets clicks, where tearing people down somehow became acceptable.....YOU CAN CHOOSE TO BE DIFFERENT.


The Kindness Project is CHOOSING to:
