Developed a streamlined system with group of staff to manage and complete due-diligence reports in a timely matter. Services also consisted of consulting with business owners and investors on methods for remediation.

Project manager for different portfolios for investors. Conducted Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and ASTM Phase I Reports throughout U.S. Also conducted Phase II Assessments throughout U.S. that consisted of assembling a scope, conducting actual field work, and completing reports.

I was project manager for over 25 Shell Service Stations throughout Southern California and conducted a wide-range of environmental services from managing, budgeting, field work, technical writing, and leadership. Major tasks consisted of well installation, soil borings, providing remediation support, and report writing. 

I also managed a 15 acre redevelopment site for KB Homes that consisted of decommissioning oil wells in Signal HIll, and redeveloping for residential use under agency oversight.

Geologic Services Corporation

I personally managed over 25 World Oil Gas Stations throughout Southern and Northern California that involved extensive field work (groundwater studies, soil studies, and remediation); report preparation and presentation to clients and agencies; and budget analysis. I also managed the entire quarterly groundwater sampling for the winter and summer throughout the northeastern U.S. All this while obtaining my M.S.

I was also the West Coast Health and Safety Manager for our office, thus responsible for the health and safety of everyone in our office.
