I am a multi-cloud and IT infrastructure expert with over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing technology, IoT and supporting solutions for various clients and projects. I have a CompTIA A+ certification and a multi-cloud certification from The Cloud Bootcamp, where I learned how to use Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud platforms. I have also completed several online courses on Azure , AWS, Wireshark, and Office 365 Administration. In my previous role as an Infrastructure Administrator at Holtec Security International, I provided client/server/PC/LAN analysis and support, hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance. I also executed reliable delivery of virtual Jump Box, building custom virtual machine images for secure remote company access via TLS/SSL. I was responsible for Outlook365/Azure user account administration, creation, and permissions, as well as workstation security analysis and upgrade. I am passionate about delivering efficient and reliable IT solutions that meet the SLA needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
