In the first quarter of 2024, Pinterest had a total of 518 million monthly active users worldwide. 2. 75% of weekly Pinterest users say they’re always shopping. 3. Pins have a lifespan of 6 to 12 months – compared to couple hours on Instagram and Tiktok. If you’re trying to build an audience for your blog or drive traffic to your products/e-commerce store and make money, Pinterest is where you want to be. Here’s the golden nugget of what you need to know: SEO is KING on Pinterest and now is the time for you to target and OWN keywords. Here are some common mistakes new Pinterest creators make: - The think that the creative (image/video) is most important. - They spend hours creating the content and seconds on the title and description. - They don’t have a CTA back to their blog or product. - MOST IMPORTANT: They are NOT CONSISTENT. Here are 3 tips on what you need to do to GROW on Pinterest: 1. Obviously, consistency. Post every day. 2. Plan for the keywords you’re targeting. Craft your titles and descriptions for them. 3.
