My current position is: Process Re-engineering and Quality Manager. My Background: Started my Job experience in the 1990. After several years spent in different IT positions (SW designer, Requirement Analyst, Quality control and assurance, sourcing management) in 1999 I started working in Ericsson TLC as Customer Project Manager. During this period I obtained PMI's professional certification as project manager (PMP) and the Ericsson PM certification as Senior (ESPM). I had a human training path to achieve a strong leadership and consultative skills. In October 2023, after the long fruitful period spent in Ericsson Telecommunications, I moved to INWIT, the leading Italian Tower Operator for the number of managed sites distributed throughout the Italian territory. With my team, we secure the analysis, re-engineering, transformation and optimization of processes, leveraging on Change Management approach. We cooperate with IT Departments to identify Company needs about automation, digitalization and Systems improvements in order to support and facilitate Operations. We define KPIs, measure and monitor Performance and Quality of improvement processes and we manage improvement plans to support the Company healthy growth and Employees and Customer Satisfaction.
