I am a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) / Operations Excellence, utilizing the IHI Model for Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, and Constraints Management methodologies in healthcare, supply chain, and business environments. I have demonstrated success designing and measuring effective work systems at all organizational levels - executive , management, front line and support services.
