Gini is a Fintech scaleup that provides services to the leading banks and insurance companies in Germany. Their main product, fotoüberweisung, is a B2B2C, AI-powered, white-label solution that is seamlessly integrated into the mobile apps of most German banks. 

As part of my MBA program, our student team was tasked to develop a product strategy for Gini's next product that aims to better Germany's payments sector.

- Conducted thorough market research and analysis, identifying an untapped market segment that represented a 64% boost in potential revenue.
- Developed a comprehensive product strategy that included defining the target audience, creating a unique value proposition, and outlining a go-to-market plan that leveraged the fintech's existing network to meet the identified market opportunity.

As a Senior Product Manager for the lending and daily banking products, I drove the roadmap and oversaw the end-to-end development, delivery and launch of the products. My main responsibilities included market research and analysis, product strategy and roadmap definition, product roadmap management, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, and go-to-market strategy definition.

- Oversaw the successful development and launch of the instant loan and daily banking products (payments, transfers, gamification) by cross-collaborating with stakeholders from engineering, UX & UI, risk, legal, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Developed and executed product strategies and roadmaps aligned with user needs and the long-term business goals of the bank.
- Worked closely with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy resulting in 12,300+ active bank customers and a $2.3M loan portfolio within the first 5 months of launch.

Mirpotolkov is a professional home-improvement services business that I co-founded. As the product and business lead, I was responsible for finding the product-market fit and managing all aspects of the business besides production.

- Day-to-day management, mentoring, and coaching of 6 direct and 22 indirect reports across sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Developed and implemented a customer acquisition funnel with an 11% Google ads CTR and a 32% website visit-to-lead conversion rate
- Regularly improved the value proposition through continuous experimentation, resulting in a 25% visit-to-sale conversion rate while having the most expensive product assortment on the market.

Rank.uz was a startup that operated as an online services marketplace, similar to taskrabbit but with many more categories. The platform connected customers in need of specific services with skilled professionals who can fulfill those needs. The platform allowed customers to browse through listings, read reviews and ratings, and directly hire service providers for their specific tasks.

As a Product Manager, I have conducted extensive market research, defined a clear product vision and strategy, prioritized features and improvements, created detailed feature specifications, collected feedback from users, explored and tested various monetization strategies, and developed user acquisition strategies.

- Created a new product strategy and aligned the product team, company, and investors toward a unified vision.
- Optimized the sales, marketing, and engineering processes to speed to up the time-to-market for each new category from 3+ months to under 3 weeks.
- Thoroughly researched and consolidated the needs of all key stakeholders, including service providers and service seekers, into the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Tom.uz was the first PropTech platform to launch in Uzbekistan. I joined the team to develop, launch, grow and monetize the platform by setting up product management processes and contributing my business expertise.

As Product Manager, I have analyzed the market, collected feedback from users, managed the product backlog and prioritization process, and built alignment with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Design, and Engineering.

- Increased the average session duration from 72 seconds to over 4 minutes by improving the platform design and user experience in collaboration with the UX, UI and engineering colleagues.
- Increased the user base from 450 to 3700 DAU over 1 year by optimizing existing and launching new user acquisition channels.

Brandbox Creative

Brandbox Creative was a leading local creative and digital marketing agency. During the rapid expansion of social media websites like Facebook, Instagram, and Odnoklassniki in Uzbekistan, I have partnered with the company to launch a new product that would help local companies with their social media marketing needs. 

In this role, I have developed the product vision and strategy to align and inspire all stakeholders, recruited and led a team of 25 experts, including 2 managers who reported directly to me, and implemented systematic business processes.

- Launched the first professional social media marketing service in Central Asia
- Led the service to become the market leader, serving more than 25 companies, including Samsung, Huawei, BMW, OLX Group, and other local companies.
- Improved and simplified the business processes of the company, which resulted in the reduction of company debt, improved financial stability, and reduced project delays. This resulted in increased sales and profits and an improvement in company culture.
