SCC Flexible Resourcing are the recruitment division of SCC Plc, providing contract staffing solutions to our client base. 

SCC Flexible Resourcing acts as an employment business providing recruitment solutions direct to SCC and external clients.   Within this current function I am responsible for leading a team of delivery consultants and sales executives who are responsible for supplying resources within Technical, Industrial and Commercial workstreams acting as an escalation point and providing ongoing support to the team by aiding with recruitment solutions. Supporting contract negotiations, PSL reviews and performance, ensuring that a seamless recruitment service is offered to all clients and ensuring that best of breed is offered as a service to all.  Recruitment activities can range from single hires to project teams on a local and national basis. 

Alongside maintaining the day-to-day recruitment activities of the team and senior stake holders, I am responsible for all processes and procedures such as Advertising, GDPR, IR35 to name but a few ensuring that all compliance is met and adhered to along with running a P&L and reporting into a Board Director.  My current role is always broad in responsibilities with the aim of candidate and client satisfaction. 

Producing weekly statistics, ensuring that all targets are achieved as a business unit to sustain and meet our growth plans.
