I help leaders and teams develop the emotional intelligence, confidence and communication skills they need to move through challenge and into progress, together. Hi, I’m Donna. A coach, facilitator, trainer and supervisor with 25+ years of experience designing and delivering learning that sticks. I’ve partnered with leaders and organisations across the UK to create healthier, happier and higher performing workplaces. I’m known for creating practical, people-first learning experiences that don’t just inspire change, they make it happen. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between being selfish and being self-full. When I take time to do my own inner work, to reflect, grow, learn and meet my own needs, I show up better for everyone else too. The leaders I work with often struggle to give themselves that space. But I believe that when we take care of ourselves, we lead with more strength, clarity and compassion. Self-full leadership isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.
