A coach, facilitator, trainer and supervisor with 25+ years of experience designing and delivering learning that sticks. Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between being selfish and being self-full. When I take time to do my own inner work, to reflect, grow, learn and meet my own needs, I show up better for everyone else too. The leaders I work with often struggle to give themselves that space. But I believe that when we take care of ourselves, we lead with more strength, clarity and compassion. Self-full leadership isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity.
