Created and processed orders to ensure proper monthly revenue recognition and cost applications were applied in SAP for monthly closings. Developed Training Roadmaps for Larger Contracted Customers. I provided the training for our new 3rd party logistics company for the shipping of overnight and same day parts order for internal and external customers.
Shipped and tracked all same day order through 3rd party warehouses across the US.

I assisted in the resolution of our Service Engineers inventory discrepancies through research of legacy systems to find original movements.  Verified write off and billing status. Coordinated all shipments of parts using various carriers. Assisted in quarterly inventory reconcilliations.

Accounts Payable 
Siemens Hearing Instruments – Piscataway, NJ 1997-1998
Responsible for all accounts payables processes to include PO matching, weekly check runs, and employee expense reports within the required strict deadlines.

Customer Service Representative

This was  a call center operations department for processing spare parts orders for internal Service Engineers.  Completed export documentation.  Validated inventory availability.  Coordinated with shipping depots and carriers for expedited shipments.
