Digital CRM Coordinator

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Defining goals and priorities for the CRM team based on the KPIs set by the Team Lead.
- Supervising CRM team members and providing support when necessary.
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns and analyzing the results 
- Coordinating and prioritizing campaign plans and ideas both in sportbook and casino campaigns too
- Collaborating with data analysts for optimization.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure workflow alignment.
- Conducting quality assurance checks during completed projects.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Providing guidance and mentoring to team members.

- Analyzing and adjusting campaign efficiency according to the set strategies.

CRM manager

- Cooperate with various internal and external marketing departments to understand defined business objectives.
- Work with and maintain a Multi-Brand and Multi-Geo promotional calendar.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of campaign briefs and plans.
-  Work together with a data analyst team to gather actionable insights for future activities and analyse campaign performances and provide relevant feedback.
-  Create, implement, and manage the execution of CRM activities.
- Analyse and manage customer segmentation for multiple brands.
- Coordinate plan and request the delivery of promotional content, banners, newsletter, and other promotional material.
- Manage on-site and off-site promotions, and other activities such as races, lifecycles and more.
- Set up bonuses, and promotions in product back offices. Prepare and coordinate landing pages and customer journeys. Create and improve mobile-responsive email templates and marketing materials for various markets.
- Perform market research to ensure that retention activities are best suited to the local markets.
