I have spent the last 10 years in different capacities in the tech ecosystem both in Silicon Valley and Europe – as an Exec, founder, coach, and mentor. Currently, I am working with tech CEOs and their team to help them lead and execute at the next level. ➡️ WHAT I DO I help CEOs drive better performance (self and company) through coaching and advisory work. We focus on the journey of going from being a founder and individual contributor to becoming a CEO, from building a product to building a company. ➡️ WHY I DO IT Many great startups struggle because of low CEO self-awareness, team dysfunctions, leadership and management limitations, and a lack of experience in setting up scalable approaches. I believe that CEOs shouldn’t need to reinvent the wheel nor drive themselves (and others) into burnout in order to succeed. ➡️ WHO I WORK WITH Tech startups at series A or beyond that have product-market fit, have min 30 people and are on the scaleup journey. CEOs most often ping me when they realize what has got them this far is not what will make them successful in the next chapter. ➡️ HOW I DO IT I either engage with CEOs in a 'classic' coaching capacity or I get more involved working on a retainer to help architect / or uplevel more complicated bits like OKRs, operating model, ways of working, etc. over the course of 3-6 months. ➡️ WHY IT WORKS Transitioning from Founder to CEO requires significant personal growth and the ability to up your leadership and management skills, as well as creating a setup around you including your people that helps you thrive. Using tried-and-tested methods from successful CEOs and top coaches fast-tracks this. As someone who is passionate about personal growth, previously I co-founded a company in the personality profiling space, which gave me great learnings not only about the startup journey but also about how we, humans, all work. :) In my past ‘corporate life', as one of the first hires of SoftBank’s $100B Vision Fund, I helped to get the business operations up and running both in Silicon Valley and then in London as their first Chief of Staff. Later on, I drove partnership initiatives to support the tech startup ecosystem in the UK. At Google, I spent my last 2 years focused on managing the OKR process across the Global Business Organization (responsible for $60B revenue at the time), aligning strategy and execution at the annual and quarterly levels.
