Hi! 🙌 My name is Dorota, 💡Currently, I create custom projects depending on the expectations of clients from various industries, addressed to both individual clients and companies. These mainly include website design, e-commerce platforms, online platforms, branding and business strategies. It focuses not only on good user experience and a consistent and visually pleasing interface, but also on communication with the client, thanks to which we can strengthen the end result of a specific solution. ✨I am exploring knowledge in the field of user experience, user interface, human-centered design and agile because I decided to enter the online world. I want to use my customer service experience in designing user paths. 🔍 I deepened my knowledge by doing courses: Interaction Design Foundation, Uxcel, UMAMI Workshops, Green Digital Skills, Available Design, Design Practice. 💥 Simultaneously, I am contributing to the Sterczych Uszy Foundation, for which together with the team we are designing a new website www.sterczaceuszy.pl combined with a change of branding. This allows me to learn agile methods and their application in practice. 🪄 Additionally, in order to create projects that please the user's eye, I completed postgraduate studies in graphic design at PJATK, where I learned how to use graphic programs, creating logos, Instagram ads, videos on Tiktok, typographic and advertising posters, vector illustrations, packaging designs, websites, company catalogue, brand book. 💡 I was led to the world of design by a holistic approach, openness to new solutions, ways of thinking and looking at creating experience as a multi-stage process based on continuous improvement and iterations. ⚙️ My activities so far include several years of experience and knowledge in the field of management, marketing, sales and customer service. I implemented the assumed strategy, managing teams by building positive relationships based on partnership, trust, commitment and co-responsibility, as well as creating positive experiences by ensuring the highest level of customer service.
