I have been involved in real estate all of my adult life. I was a full-time Realtor for about 15 years, a full-time appraiser for about 25 years, an Investor, and now I call myself a Guide. I have always wanted to find something I could do to help a large number of people. Being a Realtor didn't do that, nor did being an appraiser...but this does!
