Lead mode optimization, lane management, line haul optimization, middle mile and final mile network build out. Develop, implement, and optimize short and long-term strategic plans are in place to meet corporate objectives.
 - Responsible for transportation budget exceeding $60 million annually across all modes; making up 60% of company revenue.
 - Increased regional carrier network from 28 states and a population coverage of 68% to 42 states with 88% population coverage.
 - Collaborated with VP of Operation in creation CPG focused startup subsidiary – WAN Hub LLC. Generating new revenue more than $45 million annually.
 - Created network of regional carriers to deliver P.A.C.T. Act compliant services for e-cigarette customers resulting in an additional $40 million in annual revenue.

•	Reduced YoY injuries by 70% by creating a culture of safety across the multi-site distribution network and meet OSHA standards for safety.
•	Collaborated with HR and Transportaion departments during DOT audit of fleet operations.

Led corporate warehousing and transportation departments, responsible for setting strategic vision for the global logistics network of the company. Oversaw all corporate inbound and outbound freight, logistics network optimization, global warehouse/distribution operations and inventories valued at over $100M. Created and implemented continuous improvement plans to create efficiencies and drive cost savings, developed KPI’s and metrics.
•	Eliminated order lead time on all stock parts orders from 11 days to same-day shipping  by utilizing LEAN methodologies to implement 5s, 4M, and workflow change, resulting in improved customer experience.
•	Strategically aligned departments and increased cross departmental knowledge by creating cross functional, hands-on, meetings with Engineering, Production, Safety, and Procurement.
•	Built KPI’s for warehouse operations and by each department to assess warehouse productivity.

•	Researched and analyzed shipping data resulting in process improvement to  shipping business rules and  $1.2M in new business.
•	Consulted with racing company to hospitality costs by $600,000 through the use of tracking technology.

Responible for helpdesk activities: troubleshooting computer and network hardware and software issues, assist users to resolve computer related problems, and support external UPS customers. CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification.
•	Worked with business development for shipping process improvement. Integrated SAP-Oracle with UPS shipping software to meet international customs regulations and the continuous improvement goals of customer.
•	Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server software and hardware lifecycle replacement.
•	LAN lifecycle from Cisco to HP Switches, updated wireless access points, and installed LAN/WAN monitoring.

Technician

Fast-paced position responsible for production, scan accuracy, and error-rate KPI’s. Committee chair leading union employees to be mentors to new, non-union, hourly employees. Mediate issues between management and union employees.
