Developed and executed a comprehensive mandatory first-year career development orientation program. Organized 8 small group orientation sessions, prepared and updated materials for distribution, and conducted an advertising campaign that included individual outreach and collaboration with the first-year legal research and writing professors. Planned and led programming on a variety of topics such as drafting legal cover letters and resumes, obtaining and succeeding in a summer internship, how to successfully navigate a postgraduate job search, how students can market themselves to small and medium sized firms, and how to effectively use social media as part of a job search.

Conducted research and drafted contracts for a wide variety of corporate transactions related to physician practice management, employment, real estate, antitrust, securities, commercial law and general corporate matters. Served as outside counsel for 8 months at a Fortune 500 technology company, assisting with the spin-off of a major business unit. Coordinated and negotiated the assignment and replication of hundreds of contracts in the U.S and foreign countries. Represented corporate creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies and collection matters.
