As the Digital Product Manager in the newly established easyJet Holidays business, my role was instrumental across multiple areas:
•	The digital expert of easyJet Holidays and the key liaison point for Business/IT stakeholders to create, develop and translate business requirements into a market leading online user experience.
•	Major achievements:
    - Delivered a brand new device-agnostic web experience from scratch by building and prioritising product roadmap, creating an inspiring vision and implementing an adaptable strategy to meet the challenging deadline of only 6 months 
    - Delivered an innovative feature which allows customers to compare holiday prices across a number of days which resulted in almost doubling the incremental booking conversion on the holidays site
    - Delivered a brand new customer-centric amend and cancel online journey which was a key strategic revenue protection piece in the unprecedented times straight after the mass lockdown was announced 
•	Huge volume of key business/development decisions made daily across business, design and technology which resulted in exceeding online sale targets and NPS. 
•	Represent the digital product team at senior meetings up to the management board and C-level, initiating kick-offs, leading ideations, estimation and sprint planning sessions.
•	Support and assist internal teams (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Ops, Customer Service, Ancillary, and Legal) and act as a digital team ambassador to recommend, shape and deliver a compliant, inspiring and market leading online customer experience.
•	Be the voice of the customer by analysing user-testing sessions in order to make sure that my end-product is customer-centric and solves actual customer problems.

Senior Product Manager - easyJet holidays

Lead a cross-functional agile team which was looking after a section on the website shared across 32 different markets with unique requirements and specifications. I was responsible for the detailed product backlog to be alined with the overall business strategy. My role included representing the customer and the business needs in terms of proactively prioritising and experimenting in order to deliver the most valuable and innovative ideas to exceed KPIs.

 - Being the champion of the product with stakeholders from around the business, working with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Analytics to determine the impact of those changes and track product performance.
 - Pioneering a DevSecOps initiative to transform the technology stack of the company by leading on the implementation of an innovative feature which is not seen in any other direct competitor.
 - Strong collaboration with other product managers to ensure high quality products are delivered within the constraints of shared dependencies and blockers.
 - Report and engage on product performance and roadmap to key stakeholders across the whole business, including senior management and business directors.
 - Proactively and regularly communicating the ‘Why’ to keep stakeholders engaged and the team inspired.
 - Constantly keeping up-to-date with customer feedback and analysing user-testing sessions in order to make sure that my end-product is customer-centric and solves actual customer problems.

Global Digital Product Manager

As a Digital Product Owner, I was responsible for an agile development team. The product teams were organised across the websites, and the mobile app.

I had a clear backlog and roadmap. The main objective was to increase customer engagement rate, booking conversion and other KPI’s.

I worked closely with the Scrum Master to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the agile team, maintain a prioritised and clear backlog. Worked with User Experience, Design and IT to design and deliver the optimum customer experience for each development. I was championing the product with the stakeholders from around the business, worked with web operations, test and analytics to determine the impact of those changes and track performance.

As a Digital Product Owner I've passion to keep up to date with the wider digital sphere to help identify future opportunities to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation, with a good awareness of competitors, trends and digital innovation in order to identify future opportunities.

Responsible of the day-to-day management and maintenance of the core website and Foundation's microsites, planning, producing and applying digital e-communications, along with keeping the online audiences engaged via other online, multi-media and web development projects. 

The Foundation's expert in creating, presenting and rolling out social media campaign strategies on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Vine. 

Lead and facilitate the creation of strong and successful SEO strategies alongside with all reporting on site performance and web traffic as the main power user of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tool. 

Leading efforts in planning, designing and coordinating all the ongoing online ad campaigns of the British Dental Health Foundation via Google AdWords.
