As a Product Manager, I was responsible for market research and discovery before this was only the challenge for the company. After the hypothesis was confirmed, and we decided to continue with this product, I managed to do the following: 
-Creating and updating documentation (epics, PRD, Jira tickets, strategy, OKRs, crossfunctional docs)
-Stakeholders management 
-Conduct focus groups to confirm the MVP and later development of the product based on their needs mixed with research and strategy 
-Introduce the scrum to a team of FE and BE engineers, QA, and designer 
-Working daily with a designer to make sure that we've covered all that's needed
-Helping marketing and sales teams to create the Launching strategy for FH (we launched it after 10 months)
-Helping sales with technical requests from clients on DEMOs
-Creating a user journey in the product 
-Communicating on a daily/weekly basis with clients and making sure that they're onboarded properly 
-Setting up the analytics tools and tracking metric

As a Product Manager and Business Analyst, I am responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product, from its ideation to launch and beyond. I use my analytical and technical skills to identify customer needs, develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. I also perform market analysis, and competitors research, and identify business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. My goal is to ensure that products meet customer needs, align with business goals, and deliver a positive user experience.

As BA I was included on eCommerce projects with clients with the mission to do the discovery part before the project started, then analyze all the data and make sure to help clients to improve their business.

Duties:
-Interact with clients, identify their needs, and suggest services that suit their interests,
-Learning the market and customers' needs,
-Leading cross-functional projects and evaluating the progress of internal and external projects at each stage of development. 
-Creating and implementing an agile strategy for the Customer Experience team (by using Jira, ClickUp, CRM)
-Working as a bridge between Customer Success and Product & R&D teams (sharing clients' feedback, working on improvements to a platform, creating tasks for developers with PMs, discussing how we can make the experience better for users together, developing new feature requests)
-Manage remote engineering and operations(CS) teams, and ensure the alignment of clients' requests and short-term goals, 
-Lead calls and articulates the status of multiple projects for technical and non-technical stakeholders,
-Constantly keep tickets and requests up to date and organized, 
-Understand, build, manage and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
-Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
-Provide excellent service and support to the existing customers to build healthy relationships with them
-Collaborating with other departments such as marketing or sales to ensure that customer needs are met
-Ensuring that customer support representatives are following company policies and procedures for all interactions with customers
-Developing reports that track customer complaints, inquiries, and problems to help identify areas where improvements can be made in the customer service process
-Nurturing customer relationships through onboarding calls and meetings
-Building customer-specific business analytics

Godinu dana sjajnog iskustva učestvovanja u operativnom radu i funkcionisanju Regionalnog inovacionog startap centra Ekonomskog fakulteta  u Subotici. 

U okviru volontiranja zadaci su bili: 
-Komunikacija sa medijima i izrada medijskih saopštenja, 
-Organizacija događaja (otvorena panel diskusija "meetup", treninizi, radionice, studentska takmičenja..)
-Upravljanje projektima organizacije događaja (aktivna komunikacija sa članovima tima, komunikacija sa eksternim učesnicima, planiranje i organizacija događaja, motivacija članova tima, korišćenje softverskih alata za povećanje efikasnosti tima i implementaciju projekata)
-Komunikacija sa korisnicima poslovne infrastrukture RISC-a


A year of great experience in participating in the operational work and functioning of the Regional Innovation Startup Center of the Faculty of Economics in Subotica. 

Within the volunteering, the tasks were: 
-Communication with the media and making media releases,
 -Organization of events (open panel discussion "meetup", training, workshops, student competitions ..) 
-Event management of event organization (active communication with team members, communication with external participants, event planning and organization, the motivation of team members, use of software tools to increase team efficiency and project implementation)
 -Communication with RISC business infrastructure users
