As a frontend developer in a company that offers software solutions for human talent management, I am responsible for creating and maintaining web components that easily integrate with the frontend and optimize the user experience. I use technologies and tools such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, Figma, Jest, GitHub Actions and ViteTest, following development and design best practices. I have participated in projects that have improved user retention, accessibility and security of applications, thanks to the creation of modern and friendly interfaces, testing UI details, and verifying compatibility between browsers, devices and operating systems.
