The Crisis Management & Multinational Operations Department trains military and civilian personnel in the fields of planning and command of multinational combined operations and of military-civilian cooperation in campaign conditions, using NATO and EU doctrines, in order to increase interoperability and to contribute to regional stability and cooperation.

Staff Officer - EUMS Training Coordinator

As member of the ESDC Executive Academic Board (EAB), contribute to course curricula development and review, course evaluation and other academic related activities of the ESDC. As faculty member, contribute to the training activities of the ESDC flag course - the High Level Course (syndicate facilitator and mentor, exercise developer and facilitator).
As extrenal evaluator, conduct level 1 evaluation (Kirkpatrick model).
