Before starting K-Workforce, I worked in various HR and consulting roles, each one sharpening my ability to navigate difficult situations, whether it was managing employee performance, creating leadership programs, or ensuring legal compliance. Over time, I realized there was a need for a more practical, hands-on approach to HR, one that balances organizational needs with the well-being of employees. That’s when K-Workforce was born.
