As soloist and chamber musician I offer inspiring concerts to audiences around the world in venues ranging from art galleries to major concert halls. --I interpret newly-written classical music in such a way that even unaccustomed audiences are captivated by this sound world. --Applying my decades of these immersive techniques to (re-)interpreting the standard classical repertoire as well, I offer fresh listening experiences to even “jaded” audiences. As teacher and mentor, I help passionate flutists achieve their goals towards becoming happy and successful professional musicians. --My own path to an independent, international career was rather circuitous, but my having successfully navigated the many interesting stops and detours on the way, as well as having had the support of excellent mentors, has equipped me to in turn be able to guide musicians along their own paths.
