Multi-skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership and management, effective training & development strategies coupled with several speaking engagements and opportunities to facilitate Public Speaking sessions. Dr.Charmaine Gooden Monteith has worked at various levels of the education system .She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University(Florida) with a Doctorate of Education and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication with Social Scienes and is a graduate of the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication(CARIMAC) at the University of the West Indies Mona. She has worked in Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Educational Leadership and as a teacher. She has facilitated and presented at numerous Conferences , Workshops and Webinars locally, Regionally and Internationally. She also hosted the Teachers' Time Radio Programme aired on RJR(14 years). She has recently started her own Podcast. She has designed Courses and created numerous Case Studies and Scenarios. Dr.Gooden Monteith enjoys her advisory and mentorship role to support the Women's Caucus in addition to supporting young people by providing opportunities for Community Service and Summer Employment. In addition it is a pleasure to deliver motivational and empowering speeches and to present to various target groups.
