#ONO Open to hiring/job change Responsible for defining controllable inputs which enable Training & KM Teams deliver enhanced customer experience on a sustained basis. Work as a strategic partner with Delivery Teams on Technical and Communication standards: Critical role that drives customer experience commitment, delivery growth and skill improvements. Primary responsibilities: ·Managing training & knowledge management operations for Service Delivery sites in India & consulting with global sites to plan, schedule and coordinate training & meet local schedules and needs while maintaining high quality standards and global consistency for the delivery of core curriculum and programs. · Develop strategies and processes to ensure knowledge transfer across the teams. · Implementation of Train-the-Trainer programs to ensure high quality adjunct trainers & KMs. · Manage Tools, processes and people to coordinate the logistical details and run key training programs including: new hire training accreditation, profile specific training, continuing education sessions & new product training sessions · Develop strategies and processes in collaboration with Service Desk and L&D Teams for effective delivery of global, regional and site training programs.. · Contribute to reporting & analysis on training activities to drive results and learning effectiveness. · Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities · Develop and support the training and professional growth of team members. · Support and incorporate use of our Knowledge Base into learning methods and strategies; support and help drive knowledge centered support methodologies. · Record and surface training sessions and activities to enable and scale learning globally. · Deploy metrics to track progress against program metrics and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress. · Lead Teams to conduct needs analysis and focus groups, provide input and assist the curriculum development team with content development projects. Proven ability to: • Multitask and prioritize critical tasks with a high attention to detail. • Superior written, verbal communication skills • 14 years of experience in implementing world class training and learning programs • Build a training program from the scratch and sustain it through the evolution of an organization • Manage sculpting new technology trends (automation) into existing training & KM processes Ph.D. in Social Sciences (IIT Kharagpur) with first-hand exposure to diverse cultures.
