I possess a solid knowledge on course and material development and I am instrumental in delivering engaging/focused lectures to large classes at Royal Holloway University (Senior Lecturer). My work experience revolves around private and public sector. Further, my proven track record has developed comprehensive skills related to compliance, economic policy, management consultancy (from start up business plan and to business strategy) and legislation/research. Whilst promoting collaborative working practices, I support colleagues and take ownership of developing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and introductory management courses. In addition, I have significantly contributed to several organisations in the role of Consultant and supported project management and business analysis programmes. The recent project involved working in an international organisation where I was asked to scrutinise their existing ineffective business model and to implement a new strategy and business model for their organisation. This involved working alongside the CEO, Executive Directors and employees. This was a year long project. The new initiatives included changing the the way the company run historically and provided a new ground-breaking way of working. Here I effectively defined their value proposition, articulated a new nuanced compelling mission and story behind it and developed targeted marketing strategies and conversed this effectively with stakeholders. This was an excellent contribution where I introduced a new and a fresh perspective to their organisation. Also, I have recently developed a business proposal in collaboration with a colleague to introduce a joint Business Clinic that will provide free advice to the local community, with priority given to the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic community and beyond.
