I am a Lecturer in Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, a Registered Counselor (KB No. 06769) from the Malaysian Board of Counselor. And I am also a Certified TAJMA Personality Profile practitioner. I am also a HRDCorp TTT Certified Trainer. Previously I was a Safety and Health Officer for about 16 years and an Integrity Liaison Officer for one organization. Also a Panel Counselor for Bar Counsil Malaysia 2021-2024. "Melihat potensi diri individu sebagai sesuatu yang boleh dikawal oleh diri mereka sendiri dan percaya bahawa setiap perkara adalah suatu peluang untuk menjadi lebih berjaya." Hazrul Hizam gained his Bachelor of Law (LLb) from Mara University of Technology in 1999. He has also completed his Master in Counseling (MCons) from Open University of Malaysia in 2016. His study focused on general counseling and his school of thought has always been in Choice Theory / Reality Therapy. Hazrul had completed his PhD (Arts) majoring in Counseling in 2021. He is looking forward to serve others in providing and sharing ilmu (knowledge) especially in counseling and motivation. Hazrul also loves to be seen as a bibliophile, and still having interest to produce his 4th book (yeah.. he is having writer's block at the moment). This guy brings 22 years of working experience. He was Head of HR before he was asked to managed a department with three Sections. What will be his next step after completing his PhD? Well, lecturing would be great.
