Dr. John Rares Almasan's Linkedin Analytics

John Almasan is an accomplished senior technology executive with 20 years of experience in leading global tech teams and building large-scale data, analytics, and cloud platforms. He has a strong background in multi-cloud big data engineering, machine learning, and data science. John is a hands-on problem-solver who loves to code, build, transform, experiment, learn, and give back. He holds several professional certifications, including AWS Educate Cloud Ambassador, AWS T&C SME member, Certified AWS ML Engineer, GCP ML Certified, and TOGAF 9 certified. In his spare time, he enjoys teaching graduate-level machine learning engineering courses and organizing Kaggle data science competitions.
