A young and vibrant Optometrist (Eye Doctor) with vast experience in clinical and community health optometry. An analytical multi-tasker with strong communication skills, team-oriented, and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. I am extremely passionate about ocular health and humanity. As a volunteer with Carmelite Prisoners’ Interest Organization (CAPIO), I work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide eye care services to inmates in different correctional centers. I have a strong interest in Ocular prosthesis (a unique blend of two things I love: art and eye health) and Public health for eye care. I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) to broaden my impact in community and public health, with a focus on how it relates to eye healthcare. Lately, I have also been exploring the artistic side of me, reconnecting with a passion I once left behind. In addition, I offer services as a Research Enumerator and Transcriber.
