•	Implementing accreditation standards in the organization, preparing the hospital for first time accreditation since its inception and achieving the NABH accreditation for the organization 
•	Conducting quality audits and developing quality management and quality assurance standards.
•	Designing the committee calendar, Key member of various important committees to undertake the assignments and ensuring their compliance
•	Driving the Quality Improvement and other Projects ensuring operational efficiency and cost reduction in the organization. Also impacting total revenue or top line of the centre

•	Successfully completed the task of upgrading the Emergency department to Level 1 with the assistance of team from meagre casualty department. 
•	Responsible for strategic allocation of OPDs to the specialty consultants for better operational efficiency and turnover / revenue of the centre
•	IPD / Floor management – overall responsible for smooth operations and improve on operational efficiency.
•	Planning and designing the overall flow of operations / infrastructure for covid 19 pandemic

Assistant Manager- Clinical administration & quality

•	Responsible for project management and commissioning (including overall license and regulations) till its operations of reputed corporate hospital chain
•	Key members for design implementation, preparation of snag list and final closure for the operations.
•	Preparation on soft launch, ensuring mock drills seeing the preparedness for final operations. 
•	Engagement with various stake holders including Housekeeping, security, F & B and final sign off of agreement after financial negotiations. 
•	Tariff committee member for formulation of various packages and final tariff designing along with finance team.
•	Recruitment of Full time consultants and financial closure of key consultants to be on panel.
