As a Head of Research at HTAG Analytics, my primary responsibility is to build a robust research process, looking for new ways to improve accuracy and speed of decision making the aim of which is to find property investment locations that vastly outperform market averages. 

My responsibility is also to manage, educate and up-skill both our in-house research team as well as our entire client base.

As a proptech co-founder in Australia, I have been at the forefront of revolutionizing the property industry through cutting-edge technology solutions. With a strong background in both property and construction, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that has driven innovation and growth within the industry. Here's a snapshot of my experience and expertise:

1. Product Development: Spearheaded the development and launch of our flagship proptech product, managing the entire development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
2. User Experience Design: Created intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to simplify complex property transactions and management processes.
3. Project Management: Successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation.
4. Business Development: Identified new business opportunities and forged strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders and investors, driving startup growth and success.
5. Leadership & Team Management: Fostered a collaborative and innovative culture, managing a diverse team of professionals in achieving our company's strategic goals.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensured our products comply with relevant legislation and industry standards, navigating the complex regulatory environment of the Australian property market.
7. Data Analytics: Leveraged data-driven insights to shape product development and overall business strategy.
8. Marketing & Branding: Developed and implemented targeted marketing strategies to promote our brand and products effectively.
9. Financial Management: Oversaw the financial health of our startup, managing budgets, financial projections, and cash flow.
