Coordinate with PROs in visa processing trade license related activities
File and maintain the personnel records in TPA office. 
Interpret and apply staff rules, regulations and procedures ensuring uniform application in accordance with guidelines from Headquarters.
Oversee Health & Safety issues in the organization by adopting best practice guidelines by HAAD, MOH, DHA, IOSH etc and ensure the regular review of the same.
Mediation of staff disputes and grievance redresser procedure in accordance with UAEfederal laws.
Over see and control Medical claims data, both paper-based and data from the medical information system (EMR)
