Nigel Brown is a Leader in Quality, Performance, and Process Improvement. He is a professional that has traversed the ground floors of Industrial engineering to leadership within Operations. He has worked in multiple industries, performing in progressively increasing leadership roles. He has led and supported Performance and Process Improvement programs in Virginia, Maryland, and large Academic Medical Centers in Alabama and Texas. He has completed extensive process improvement initiatives in 6 major health systems, over 20 unique Healthcare entities, and 12 unique high-volume manufacturing sites. He is also the consulting leader for Operational Excellence Solutions (opxls.com) and Improvement Theory (Improvementtheory.com) Improving systems while developing people is Nigel’s passion. His passion for improvement and development has driven him to serve in many supporting roles. He supports numerous charities, and he is a current Board member of ACE, Alaquest Collaborative for Education, (www.acealabama.org/). ACE is a charitable organization that increases access to Social and Emotional Learning through teacher training, in-class programs, and community outreach. ACE is dedicated to making Social and Emotional Learning an integral part of education in Alabama.
