I could have just written ''About Me''. But life is made up of the stories we tell. So here’s mine... It was 2018. I'd just stepped off stage at the Global Health Summit at the Hyatt in Jacksonville after giving a talk on how AI would change Healthcare. No applause. There was complete silence, nobody got it back then. Later that night, I sat at the hotel bar, replaying the anti-climax wondering if I’d gone too far into the future. She slid into the seat beside me. Calm. Confident. “Dr Nik,” she said, with a slight smile, “Great talk…But that stuff only happens in sci-fi movies.” She didn’t mean it unkindly. She just couldn’t see it, yet. Her name, Professor X. Fast forward to 2025. I’ve advised many companies on AI in Healthcare. I’m ranked LinkedIn UK #1 & Top 10 Healthtech expert globally (Favikon Rankings). But all that growth revealed something bigger. Science is getting better, but our wellness is on a downward spiral. The impact is worse in women, stuck in systems that weren’t built for them or for today. The real epidemic isn’t the critically ill. It’s the millions who are not sick… but not well.
