A millennial Ayurveda doctor rediscovering ancient Ayurveda with a modern outlook! 📍When I took up Ayurveda as a graduate degree some six years back, I had doubts clouding all over my mind. 📍I thought I was too cool to pursue Ayurveda. 📍Ever since then, I have had a journey of my own as an Ayurveda doctor! 📍From not really believing in Ayurveda to now at a point, where I follow a lot of Ayurveda principles myself (and witnessed some miraculous results). 📍From being this under confident medical student years back to now a doctor who is working as a Ayurveda consultant with Ayurveda brands and Wellness Apps, writing for Ayurveda brands, building formulations and conducting corporate health and wellness sessions based on Ayurveda! 📍Over the years, I have developed a modern take on ancient Ayurveda wisdom. 📍And, this journey with Ayurveda continues to teach me immensely, personally and professionally and I have been lucky enough to venture into multiple roles as an Ayurveda doctor today!
