Dr.Pallavi Agarwal is an expert academician and able administrator with 3 decades of experience. She has done her Ph.D in machining of carbon silicon carbide composites. She has steered Babaria Institute of Technology, Vadodara, a premier engineering college,from inception (2004-2022) by setting up the physical infrastructure, labs,library,utilities,securing approvals & leading endeavor from the front. She has recruited 200+ faculty members, running the institute with 5000+ students, driving curriculum, ushered innovative training methodologies and delivered high quality training programs using latest tools & platforms. She has championed the cause of continuous learning at the institute. As Director Academics she manages talent and leads academics of constituent schools to optimize resources and teaching-learning experiences for students and strategizes faculty training and competency building. She works to foster international collaborations for enrichment of students and faculty. She has implemented training methods, new modules and courses using blended learning approach for maximizing engagement and knowledge retention by faculty and students. She looks forward to contribute expertise as a learning and development specialist, curate training content and impart training using innovative methods for achieving excellence.
