My current roles includes the below tasks in a high agile work environment.

· Formulation development of Generic Drug, optimizing the existing formulations for quality improvement and co-ordination of in-vivo & in-vitro study of the product.
· Supervising drug & medical literature review for the products, identifying the Reference product and initiating the process for procurement of Reference Product.
· Developing Quality Target Product Profile based on knowledge gained from literature search and Reference Product characterization.
· Analyzing & concluding pre-formulation/ Drug-Excipient compatibility studies of assigned projects.
· Design, review and recommend scientifically supported PK/PD and Bioequivalence protocols for generic drug products.
· Co-ordinating the development of IVIVC / IVIVR when feasible.
· Manage samples for BE study/IVRT study and coordinating with CDP team & Bio-Equivalence team.
· Review In-vivo study report review and communicate with CRO for BE Study/IVRT Study.
· Manage documentation support for all In-House / New Product development (i.e. Medical Information, Literature, Pharmacology, dose information, Patient information Leaflet, BE study check list & summary of regulatory agencies).
· Review and response regulatory deficiencies related to dissolution and bioequivalence studies.
· Review the trial batches comparative dissolution profile (CDP) data, stability data for selection of Bio Batch for Pilot / Pivotal BE Study.
· Develop R&D relevant SOP's for GLP and GDP compliance.
· Constrcut periodic project report and submit to Manager.
· Collaborate with Analytical Research & Development, Supply Chain, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Medical Affairs teams to complete projects on time.
· Handling of eQMS activities.
· Maintain accurate and complete laboratory records as required by company policy and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements.

Clinical Research Scientist

Responsible for the overall day to day management of Pharmacovigilance matters as follows:

Develop medical review of ICSR and PSUR cases.
Perform Pharmacovigilance intelligence activity.
Prepare aggregate reports for products and tracking.
Prepare Epidemiology data for Julphar Products.
Participate in regional Health Regulatory Audits.
Receive document and processes global reports and document procedures.
Prepare reports (i.e. Individual Case Safety Reports, PSURs, Julphar’s Sponsored Post
Authorization Safety studies etc) and notifies according to ICH-GCP guidelines and
competent Authorities requirement.
Responsible for Drafting Risk Management Plans for each of the Julphar’s Product to the
Health Authority.
Responsible for MedDRA Dictionary coding for ICSRs.
Support Clinical Trial study materials of similar products.
Perform the Global and Local Literature Monitoring for all the Julphar Products
Follow-up of ICSR cases from the initial reporter
