As a highly skilled researcher and content writer, I have more than six years of experience in conducting data analyses, and experiments and reviewing and analyzing literature. In addition, I generated antibodies, performed western blot, co-immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, ELISA, and ligand binding assays, and screened compounds using Schrödinger Software and RT-PCR machine. I also set up cell-based and protein-based assays and trained staff on cell culture, flow cytometry, and drug screening assays. My efforts led to the successful screening of 1500 compounds within a time and budget-friendly frame to identify promising molecules. I also created a standardized workflow for compound screening and identified molecules with good activity in a mouse model of malaria.
