6 Days. 11 Go-To Experts. One Transformed School. 

From 24–29 Nov 2025, I spent 6 intense days at a reputable school in Mudurai, #JainVidyalaya. It was recently awarded the No. 1 Private School in Madurai.

My focus was simple: 

> 𝑂𝑏𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑒, 𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑟𝑡, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑢𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑡 𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ 𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒-𝑏𝑎𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘.

In those 6 days, something powerful unfolded.

What one thing got your attention?

“Ma’am… can we travel by car to Japan?”

I recently observed a Grade 3 classroom.
 
The teacher played different vehicle sounds.
Some familiar, some tricky.

And the children leaned in with
> Curiosity sparkling in their eyes.
 
That’s how the lesson on modes of transport began.

Simple
Engaging and 
Full of joy.

This kid asked this after an engaging lesson.
 
The teacher answered.
Everyone moved on.

This question stayed with me for 3 reasons:

1/ She connected what she knows with what she wonders.
> Car + Japan = a new idea.
> That is thinking.

2/ I had just returned from 10 days in Japan.
> Her question reminded me of how an 8-year-old sees the world.
> Wide. Open. Possible.

3/ I saw a Curious and Thinking Child.
> Not afraid to ask.
> Not afraid to imagine.
> Not limited by textbooks.

These moments matter.
 
But they often pass unnoticed in busy classrooms.
