I possess over 9 years of experience in the healthcare and non-profit domains in different capacities as project officer, project manager, program manager and program coordinator with a focus on planning, implementing, and evaluating programs as well as developing strong relationships with stakeholders. My experience, expertise in the healthcare domain and people skills in India and Africa with both government and private organizations have helped me deliver programs effectively and efficiently and influence change for varied communities. Some project highlights which I have delivered: The supply chain capacity development project managed end to end focusing on development of eLearning courses for nurses and midwives working at the community level. 80% target population responded positively to the courses developed with a demand for more such courses, resulting in a successful pilot and thereby leading to wider roll out of the project in 5 African countries. Drafted a new hospital plan based on the flow of inpatients and outpatients, which was presented to external investors and now the process for establishment of the new facility is underway. Raised 25000 USD (2 million INR) during the pandemic to ensure access to nutrition and livelihood for vulnerable women groups and malnourished children in Thane, Maharashtra Engaged more than 50 hospitals and healthcare providers to ensure HIV screening is prescribed for confirmed TB patients and achieved 45% HIV screening for Tb notified patients within 2 months of the project. Collected and interpreted the nutritional and health parameters of children up to 14 years and developed nutrition strategies resulting in a 12 percent reduction in malnutrition. Led and mentored a team of 35 block coordinators leading to better and regular reporting of the nutritional status of children across 1500 childcare centers.
