I'm a result & people-oriented general manager with 30+ years of experience in the Hotel and Cruise Industry who got the opportunity to travel and visit many countries worldwide More than 30 years ago, I started my career as a waiter- then got an offer of education and management training. From that time, I wanted to reach my goal of mastering the very basics to become a successful and efficient leader. I have been fortunate to oversee 27 luxury cruise ships and lead 207 managers. I am blessed that I worked together with hundreds of top international leaders. Hence, my experience, patience, reliability, constantly evolving self-development, and interest in helping others reach their goals drew me to this profession.
